Seriously, Are You Confused by GDPR?
It IS a complex area.
And one of the biggest GDPR problems I see is not using available tools to help you. A lot of people think you need to hand-craft all your compliance statements on your website. It's not true! The trouble is, if you do this, you'll risk not being compliant. It's just so easy to overlook mandatory details with GDPR.
Secondly, you'll waste huge amounts of time finding out where you need to be comply. Then deciding how your site specifically needs to be made compliant. I know, I've been there.
